Players on the 2020-21 15u AAA team will have a complete travel hockey experience and compete against elite level competition. Our primary goal is to create a fun and competitive environment where every player can develop their skills and a passion for the game. Our programming this season is highly focused on player development so that each player is equipped with the skills necessary to advance and excel at the next level. Head Coach Shane Madolora |
Mandolora is a new addition to Perinton Youth Hockey's AAA program. He is currently head coach of the Rochester Junior Monarchs NCDC Team. Prior to that, Mandolora was assistant coach for the RIT women's hockey team.
Before coaching, Shane was a goaltender for the NCAA Division I RIT Tigers from 2009-12, which included a trip to the Frozen Four. Originally from Salinas, California, Mandolora came to RIT and recorded many individual awards. He is a nine-time Atlantic Hockey Association Goaltender of the week, back-to-back All-AHA first team selection, as well as an All-American. Following his time at RIT, Mandolora went on to play professional hockey in the United States and in Europe.
